Our Clinical Lead is Mr Ahmed Shahid (MPharm, GPhC 2085651).
All prescribing is carried out in-house by our registered clinicians in accordance with GPhC standards for online prescribing and the General Medical Council’s guidance on remote consultations.
2. Your relationship with us
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

If our prescriber determines that a treatment is not suitable, you accept their decision as final.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using a valid debit or credit card.
If payment details are invalid or expire, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
In the event of a pricing error, we will correct it and refund or charge the difference accordingly.

4. Delivery
Orders placed before 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday, are normally processed and dispatched the same day.
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail.
Free delivery is offered as standard for Hair Loss and Erectile Dysfunction treatments.
Saturday delivery is available.
All prescription deliveries must be signed for.
Cold-chain items (e.g. Mounjaro, Wegovy) are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging and cannot be left in a safe place or diverted.

Missed deliveries
If a cold-chain parcel is returned to us after two failed delivery attempts, we will check product integrity.

If still within stability limits, we will reship it at no extra cost.

If not, we must dispose of it safely and a new prescription and payment will be required.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Prescription-only medicines cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatched, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If so, contact team@trustmeds.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
