We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate, and reply with our findings and your options. If you are not happy with our reply, ask for escalation to the Superintendent Pharmacist. If your concern is about the safety or conduct of a pharmacy professional, you can raise it with the General Pharmaceutical Council. They look at serious concerns about pharmacists, technicians, or pharmacies.
