How do online consultations work?
Our online consultations are simple and secure. You'll complete a medical questionnaire that covers your symptoms and medical history. This is then reviewed by one of our prescribing team who will determine the most suitable treatment for you. If we require any further information our prescribers will be in touch.
Are your prescribers qualified and registered?
Yes, all our prescribers are UK-qualified professionals who are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). They have extensive experience in providing online healthcare services and follow strict clinical guidelines.
How long does the consultation process take?
The online questionnaire typically takes 3-5 minutes to complete. Once submitted, our prescribers aim to review your consultation within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your consultation has been reviewed and approved. If we require any further information, we'll be in touch.
What happens after my consultation is approved?
Once approved, your prescription will be sent to our in-house dispensary. Your medication will be dispensed and shipped to you in discreet packaging, usually arriving within 1-2 working days.
